  35. I have qty of 7 of these 5 band HF antennas I need to sell. They are the
  36. Maldol VK5Jr as seen at Dayton. They cover 80/40/20/15/10, and have ground
  37. radials with traps for those of us with limited space. Spec sheets
  38. available upon request  with photo. It can be mast mounted. All are NIB.

  68. I would add that it would be helpful to pre-test each section on the ground
  69. to make sure they can be mated easily; I put up a short 30 ft 25G tower
  70. and discovered to my horror that one of the section's legs was slightly
  71. off alignment with it's mate, requiring some tactical structural re-
  72. implementation (we used a board and a hammer and smashed the hell out of
  73. it until things mated up - fortunately it's a very lightly loaded tower!)
  74. The irritating thing is the out-of-alignment section was the only NEW
  75. section amongst others that were used but it was too late by 5 years to
  76. return it to the vendor.

  91. I can't find Scotchkote locally here in NEw Jersey. Does anyone know
  92. of a national mailorder house that carries this stuff. I hear it works
  93. very well in protecting cable splices from the elements. Thanx...

  128. You might try a 5 element cubical quad.... I use one, and love it...
  129. very directional, with good signal rejection on the sides.....  I have a
  130. plan of it if you are interested.
